What is Cross Training and is it right for me?

Cross Training is an exercise regiment that combines several different modes of training to develop you into the best athlete you can be.


Cross Training consists of:

  • Weight Lifting

  • Calisthenics

  • Acrobatic movements

Cross training can be thought of as high-intensity. At its core, it's about pairing workouts that support each other to help build your body.


What are the benefits of cross training?


Cross training will help you become more well-rounded. Using the different modes of training (weight-lifting, calisthenics, acrobatics), you can increase your strength, power, speed, endurance, agility and balance. This will translate to your every day life or across any other physical activity you do.


I know nothing about working out, can I do Cross Training?


Yes you can. Everyone starts somewhere. The benefit about cross training is that you can modify workouts to help you, depending what level you're at. If you can't do a pull-up, there are other ways to build up that part of you.
